What Will You Be Selling?


Choose Your ImmiFest Vendor Booth(s)

  • Outdoors. Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and chairs. We do not have extra ones.

  • Please scroll down to enter amount in sponsor section. Suggested amount $500.

  • Vendor placement near electrical outlet. Vendor supplies their own electrical cords.

VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
You must supply your own tent, tables, and chairs and set up your them up yourself.

Set-up is 9am-12pm.

Event Hours are Saturday 12pm-4pm each day.

Tear down starts at 4pm. NO EARLY PACKING!

Booths spaces are 10' x10'. You will be given your space number when you come to check in on event day.

Vendors are responsible for bringing tents, tables, chairs and any other equipment needed for display and sales.

Food and beverage vendors selling products that may be consumed on-site must be registered in the Tri-County Area.

All vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance for the event. If you have a business, homeowners or a renters policy that covers your goods you are all set and can email us the policy or bring a copy of it with you to the event. In many instances your current insurance agent can help you obtain a policy that can cover you for one day. Please have the policy made out to ACAD 1400 Dallas, Aurora CO, 80010

If you do not need insurance please contact us so we can provide you with a waiver that you can sign and bring with you releasing ACAD– Aurora Arts Festival from any liability.

All Vendors are responsible for their own sales and sales tax. If necessary, you can get a temporary Business/Sales Tax License to the City of Aurora.

Please note there are no refunds for this event. In the event of bad weather, a new event date will be scheduled.
